The Russian Center at Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje was established in 2015 and began active operations on January 11, 2016.

• Strengthening inter-university cooperation between North Macedonia and Russia.
• Developing academic connections in science and higher education.
• Offering free Russian language courses and lectures on Russian culture.
• Facilitating the exchange and implementation of ideas related to academic collaboration between the two countries.
