About the Career Center at UKIM


The Career Center at UKIM is an internal organizational unit comprising career centers at individual University units.

Responsibilities


The Career Centre of UGJK, within the scope of its responsibilities, carries out the following activities:

  • organises internships and students' access to the labour market;
  • organises workshops on career counselling and behavioural skills development;
  • organises networking events:
  • organises the promotion of UКИМ graduates to the business community;
  • organises 'UKIM Open Days' with the aim of introducing prospective students to the opportunities for studying at the University;
  • develops an Alumni system for UKI;
  • Support for career development and professional training;
  • collaborates with the Public Cooperation and Trust Committees;
  • conducts research into the labour market;
  • Also carries out other tasks in the field of career counselling.

Structure of the Career Center


The Council of the Career Center includes:

  • The Head of the Career Center,
  • Coordinators of career centers at individual UKIM units, and
  • Student representatives.

Administrative matters within the Council's jurisdiction are coordinated by the Secretary.
