The University strives for synergy between the academic and socio-economic spheres, with the aim of meeting the specific needs of the labour market and continuously ensuring that the demands of the economic and public sectors are met by the higher-education graduates from our academic community.

For the University, meeting the needs of the community has an educational, practical and developmental dimension. On the one hand, this synergy influences the creation of new and the modification of existing curricula, with the aim of students acquiring the necessary skills and knowledge in line with the needs of the labour market; on the other hand, Business and non-business entities have the opportunity to utilise the research and applied potentials available to the University.

The involvement of established practitioners and artists in the teaching and educational process, as specialists and experts delivering instruction on specific parts of a subject, enables students to connect with the real, economic world.

At the beginning of each semester, the Rectorate decides on the engagement of established practitioners and artists for the needs of the University's units.
