Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje provides an electronic support portal for all student services (iKnow) accessible via the websites www.iknow.ukim.mk and www.upisi.ukim.mk. The integrated student services system, iKnow, is a digital platform used for managing student records and coordinating other student services.

 

  • The website www.upisi.ukim.mk, eEnrollment, is designed for all candidates who wish to enroll in any cycle of studies at the faculties or institutes within the University. It facilitates the process of completing their electronic application.

 

  • The website www.iknow.ukim.mk, iKnow, , is used by all active students enrolled in study programs at the faculties or institutes within the University. It serves as an electronic platform supporting the operations of student affairs offices.

 

 

    eEnrollment

The electronic student service platform eEnrollment, accessible at www.upisi.ukim.mkis part of the integrated digital system iKnow and represents electronic support system for enrollment at UKIM.

It is intended for all candidates interested in enrolling in the first, second, or third cycle of studies at any of the faculties or institutes within the University. The platform provides digital support for the enrollment process, facilitating the completion of electronic applications.

 

 

iLearn

The platform iLearn is a digital system for e-learning, offering access to study materials for students across all UKIM units.

 

 

Repository of UKIM

The UKIM Repository of Scientific and Artistic Output is a digital archive that catalogs the University's academic, scientific and artistic contributions. It provides both open and controlled access to available content, enabling easy searching, further processing, and utilization of the materials.

 

 

Guidelines for e-Services

The portal for accessing the centralized UKIM e-Services system, is implemented using the UKIM Single Sign-In system SEN-UKIM (СЕН-УКИМ). СЕН-УКИМ is a system that ensures access to all electronic systems of UKIM, allowing each user to log in just once through their web browser.The e-Services portal includes: user guide for accessing and instructions for logging into UKIM’s electronic systems

The portal for supporting all UKIM electronic services, also known as the Help Desk, provides the following features:

  • Centralized reporting of technical issues through an electronic ticketing system.
  • Prompt and efficient resolution of reported problems.
