HRS4R | Application of the Human Resourse Strategy for Researchers (HRS4R)

UKIM’s Human Resources Strategy is founded on the acceptance of the principles of the European Charter for Researchers and the principles of an Open, Transparent and Merit-based system for the recruitment of researchers. To fully implement these principles, UKIM adopted an Action plan, which was developed on the basis of the Report analysis conducted through a Questionnaire survey. A central element of this procedure is its focus on encouraging institutions to move toward adopting Open, Transparent and Merit-based Recruitment practices.

UKIM accepts the policy and principles of an Open, Transparent and Merit-based Recruitment of Researchers – OTM-R policy.
