The Academic Council of the Faculty of Dentistry – Skopje, part of the University "St. Cyril and Methodius" in Skopje, held a ceremonial session on 25 December this year to mark the 65th anniversary of the Faculty's founding.

The Academic Council of the Faculty of Dentistry – Skopje, part of the University "St. Cyril and Methodius" in Skopje, held a ceremonial session on 25 December this year to mark the 65th anniversary of the Faculty's founding.
The meeting was attended by the University Rector, Prof. Dr Biljana Angelova, the Pro-Rectors, the University's General Secretary, Ms Maria Manevska, as well as representatives of the staff of the Rectorate's professional and administrative service. The event was also attended by former deans and former academic and research staff of the Faculty of Dentistry – Skopje.
On the occasion of the jubilee, a plaque for the advancement of teaching and scientific activity was awarded by the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr Sonja Apostolska, to the Rector of the University. To the former deans, the current and former academic and research staff, and the professional and administrative staff of the Rectorate and the Faculty, certificates of appreciation and commendations were awarded for the advancement of the teaching and scientific activities of the Faculty of Dentistry – Skopje. At the ceremony, commendations were also awarded to the top-graduating students of the past five years.
