Interdisciplinary Student Conference
The Rector of UKI, Professor Dr Biljana Angelova, delivered an inspiring address at the Interdisciplinary Student Conference, organised by the University Student Assembly of UKI, which was held on 25-26 October 2025 in Ohrid.
„"Today I have the honour of speaking before you – the students, the people who hold the future in their hands. I believe that students are not just listeners, but dreamers, innovators and drivers of social change. Your ideas, energy and vision are the force that drives the world forward. Never stop asking questions, exploring and believing in yourselves," emphasised Rector Angelova.
She also referred to the significant steps the University is taking towards modernisation and digitalisation. From this academic year, UKI students will be able to access all student services entirely electronically. Additionally, UKI has become part of the European university alliance AcrossEU, which will provide students with even greater connectivity and opportunities for academic exchange.
„"You are not just the future – you are the present creating a better tomorrow. History teaches us that the greatest changes have often begun with students – their energy, curiosity and courage are the driving force of society," the rector said.
