On Friday, 23 February 2024), starting at 11.00 am in Amphitheatre No. 40 of the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and Food – Skopje, the candidate Ms Aleksandra Silovska Nikolova will defend the doctoral thesis entitled: „Dry-cured pork ham produced under industrial conditions with or without nitrite salt.“ under the mentorship of Prof. Dr Zlatko Pejkovski.
