On 30 October 2025, a doctoral promotion was held in the fields of medical and health sciences, social sciences, natural and mathematical sciences, and in the area of engineering and technology.

In a ceremonial and traditional manner, the Rector of the University 'St. Cyril and Methodius' in Skopje, Prof. Dr Biljana Angelova, conferred the title of Doctor of Science on 17 doctoral candidates who had defended their doctoral dissertations at the Faculty of Medicine, the Faculty of Law 'Justinian I', Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics, Faculty of Civil Engineering and Faculty of Stomatology in Skopje.

The doctoral promotion ceremony was held in the Great Hall of the Rectorate, starting at 2:00 p.m.

The following candidates were awarded Doctor of Science degrees:

1. Ilir Osmani – Doctor of Medical Sciences – Clinical Medicine in the field of Ophthalmology
2. Anamaria Jankulovska – Doctor of Medical Sciences – Basic Medicine in the field of Nuclear Medicine
3. Kristina Dimitrijević – Doctor of Medical Sciences – Clinical Medicine in the field of Radiology
4. Oliver Georgievski – Doctor of Medical Sciences – Clinical Medicine in the field of Medical Biochemistry
5. Aleksandar Nikolovski – Doctor of Medical Sciences – Basic Medicine in the field of Clinical Pharmacology
6. Tome Delov – Doctor of Laws in Criminal Law
7. Leonid Trpenovski – Doctor of Law in Criminal Law
8. Ekrem Halimovski – Doctor of Laws in European Union Law and European Integration
9. Irena Shumenskova – Doctor of Political Science in the field of Political Science
10. Nikola Gjorshoski – Doctor of Political Science in the field of political system
11. Olga Gigopoulou – Doctor of Chemical Sciences
12. Ana Trajkovska – Doctor of Biological Sciences – Biochemistry and Physiology
13. Blagoja Achevski – Doctor of Chemical Sciences
14. Vesna Gruevska – Doctor of Technical Sciences in Civil Engineering
