An international conference was held in Ohrid.
 To mark the significant jubilee of the 75th anniversary of the Institute of Pedagogy at the Faculty of Philosophy, an event was held in Ohrid from 16th to 18th May 2022. International scientific conference on the theme "75 Years of the Institute of Pedagogy – Educational and Teaching Challenges and Prospects"„.
The Rector of the University "St. Cyril and Methodius" of Skopje, Professor Dr Nikola Jankulovski, also attended the opening of the conference and delivered a fitting address to those present. He was also presented with a plaque for his outstanding contribution to the successful organisation of the International Scientific Conference.
Also present at the opening of the Conference were the Pro-Rectors Prof. Dr. Kristina Spasevska, Prof. Dr. Valentina Gechevska and Prof. Dr. Biljana Angelova, as well as the University's Secretary-General, Ms Maria Manevska.
The Minister of Education and Science, Mr Jeton Shaqiri, also spoke at the opening, The Dean of the Faculty of Philosophy, Prof. Dr Ratko Dujev, the Mayor of the Municipality of Ohrid, Mr Kiril Pečakov, and the Head of the Institute of Pedagogy, Prof. Dr Elizabeta Tomeskа-Ilievska.
