The awards for the best students were presented at UKIM.
On Tuesday, 12 October 2021, certificates of merit and appropriate awards were presented to the top-ranking graduates for the 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 academic years in front of the UGM Rectorate building. The award for the best graduating students, a gold coin bearing the likeness of Saints Cyril and Methodius, for the 2018/2019 academic year was received by 23 students, while for the 2019/2020 academic year, a total of 26 students were awarded.
Also, to ten final-year undergraduate students who are demonstrating outstanding results in their studies, with an average grade achieved during their studies of at least 8.00 from the Faculty of Architecture, the Faculty of Philology 'Blaže Koneski', the Faculty of Philosophy, the Faculty of Economics, the Faculty of Law 'Justinian I' and the Faculty of Dramatic Arts for the 2019/2020 academic year were awarded the '26 July' prize by the Frank Manning Foundation from Great Britain.
The awards were presented to the students by the Rector of UКИМ, Prof. Dr Nikola Jankulovski, and at the ceremony of the formal award presentation, In addition to the award-winning students and members of their immediate families, the Vice-Rectors of the University, the General Secretary, the President of the University Senate and the Deans of the faculties also attended the ceremony.
