On 11 December 2023, a doctoral promotion was held in the fields of social sciences, medical sciences and healthcare, and natural and mathematical sciences.

In a ceremonial and traditional manner, the Rector of the University 'St. Cyril and Methodius' in Skopje, Prof. Dr Biljana Angelova, conferred the title of Doctor of Science on 21 doctoral candidates who had defended their doctoral theses at the Faculty of Economics and the Faculty of Law 'Justinian I', the Faculty of Medicine, the Faculty of Dentistry and the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics in Skopje.

The doctoral promotions were held in the Great Hall of the Rectorate, starting at 12:00.
