Contracts for electronic textbooks and learning aids for the 2025/2026 academic year have been signed.
On 17 December 2025, at the Rectorate of the University "St. Cyril and Methodius" in Skopje, contracts for the publication of electronic textbooks and teaching aids were signed between the authors and the University, represented by Rector Prof. Dr Biljana Angelova.
As part of the e-publishing competition for the 2025/2026 academic year, all 21 submitted textbooks and teaching aids met the required criteria and will be published in electronic form. With this, UKIМ, for the third consecutive year, fully supports the digital format of its university publications.
Rector Angelova emphasised the importance of e-publishing as a key segment in the development of the University and in the advancement of accessible, contemporary and high-quality teaching materials for students.
With the new editions, UKIM has so far published a total of 168 e-textbooks and teaching aids, which is a clear confirmation of the University's strategic commitment to digital education.
