Meeting of Rector Prof. Dr Biljana Angelova with the delegation from the University 'Orientale' in Naples, led by Rector Prof. Dr Roberto Totoli

Today, 12 March, Rector Prof. Dr Biljana Angelova met with the Rector of the University 'Orientale' in Naples, Prof. Dr Roberto Totoli, and the delegation he was leading.
The meeting discussed deepening academic cooperation, with a particular emphasis on joint research projects, the exchange of teaching staff and student mobility under the bilateral cooperation agreement and the Erasmus+ programme.
The University L'Orientale in Naples, founded in 1732, is the oldest higher education institution in Italy dedicated to Oriental and intercultural studies. In 1969, a Chair of Macedonian was opened at this very university, which played a significant role in promoting the Macedonian language in Italy.

Commemorating 80 years of the Red Cross of the Republic of Macedonia with the launch of a cooperation platform and the presentation of a jubilee plaque to the University "St. Cyril and Methodius" in Skopje.

Promotion of doctoral candidates in the fields of medical and health sciences, social sciences, engineering and technology, and humanities.
