78 years Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and Food – Skopje
On 16 December 2025, a ceremonial academic council of the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and Food – Skopje, at UGJK, was held to mark the 78th anniversary of its founding and successful existence.
The event was an opportunity to celebrate the Faculty's rich tradition, scientific research achievements and educational mission as a pillar in the development of agriculture and the food industry in North Macedonia.
Formal addresses were given by the Dean, Prof. Dr Mile Markoski; the Rector, Prof. Dr Biljana Angelova; the Minister, Mr Cvetan Tripunovski; as well as the Pro-Deans, Prof. Dr Ivana Janeska-Stamendkovska and Prof. Dr Biljana Kuzmanovska. Awards were also presented to the best students, as an incentive for academic excellence.
🍺 The student beer, prepared with the support of Pivara Skopje AD, made a special impression as an example of a successful collaboration between academia and industry.
As part of the ceremony, certificates of appreciation were also presented to the sponsors of ISAF 2025 for their significant support.
