A Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the University "St. Cyril and Methodius" in Skopje.
Skopje, 14 April 2025 – The Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of North Macedonia and the University 'St. Cyril and Methodius' in Skopje today signed a Memorandum of Cooperation, laying the foundations for a deepened and long-term cooperation between the academic community and state institutions.
The memorandum was signed by the Minister of Culture and Tourism, Mr Zoran Lyutkov, and the Rector of UКИМ, Professor Dr Biljana Angelova.
This cooperation aims to promote cultural and social development through the joint use of scientific, professional and technical resources, the development of highly skilled personnel, support for research and analytical work, as well as the drafting of high-quality legislative solutions.

Rector Angelova added that "the University constantly strives to be an active participant in societal processes, and this collaboration is a significant step towards realising that mission."„
