On 22 April 2024, the 12th ROBO-MACH and the 4th ROBO-MACH Junior were opened at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies, with 115 participants – students and secondary school pupils.
ROBOMAK 2024 - an international competition in robotics, electronics, automation and artificial intelligence.
The final competition in all categories will be held on 27 April 2024. The organisers are:
Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE – The Institute for Electrical and Electronics Engineers), through the student branch at UCM and Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies – Skopje, in co-organisation with the Faculty Student Assembly – FEIT.
Prof. Biljana Angelova, Rector of the University "St. Cyril and Methodius" – Skopje, in his address emphasised that this event represents a gathering of talented young minds and said: "The world around us is undergoing rapid technological transformation. As we look to the future, it is clear that robotics and artificial intelligence will play an ever more important role in shaping our lives. The ROBOMAK platform empowers young minds to become the architects of a new technological and prosperous society. Knowledge and experience will empower them to tackle the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.".
