The Academic Electronic Publishing division of Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje has developed a Digital Library of e-books, aligned with open access principles.

In accordance with Article 22, paragraph 5 and Article 25-a of the Regulation on the Organisation of Publishing Activities of the University "St. Cyril and Methodius" in Skopje (University Gazette No. 264 from November 2013) and the Decision on the issuance of textbooks in electronic form (No. 11-469 of 5 March 2014), the University is commencing the publication of textbooks and teaching aids in electronic form. The textbooks and teaching aids, for which prior consent has been obtained from the authors, are published on the UCM website with open access.
